iPhone goes on sale, problems arise

- I have a Old Iphone and I updated to version 2.0 Now It will not connect to I-tunes to complete the operation. Now I have no Phone to use, I had to call in sick so I can get the phone operational. I use my phone all day long and now it has cost me a sick day.

- About 5 months ago I bought the first Apple iphone and paid $499.00 Now they want me to pay $299.00 dollars more because they came out with a new one. Why can"t I upgrade the one I paid $499.00 for and have the new features. All they want is our money so they keep changing things.
